SWS
3 OR 4 AXIS CNC WELDING STATION
SWS is a laser welding station designed for mechanical applications where high flexibility and quality are required.
It has a robust and precise motion system, based on CNC with 3 or 4 interpolated axes.
The flexibility of the fiber laser source allows to obtained high quality welds even on difficult materials. The integrated management software, developed in-house, allows for convenient and intuitive welding along complex paths. The Power Ramp functionality, included in the system, allows the optimization of welding quality by modulating the power of the laser beam in the initial and final stages of the process.
